We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Client’s team remotely to oversee and manage the successful delivery of multiple medium sized projects. The ideal candidate will have a total of 10 years of experience, a strong background in business analysis, project management, product delivery, and experience working with startups and/or large multinational companies. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the delivery of projects and in addition to that the person will also help establish and implement best practices in project management as the operations scale.
This position is ideally suited for a seasoned Business Analyst or Software Developer with a few years of experience managing project delivery, and who seeks to advance into a more senior role
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Management of project delivery, resourcing, stakeholders, budget, risks:
● Manage project objectives and scope alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
● Manage delivery of all phases of assigned projects.
● Responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering against project plans.
● Manage issues and dependencies between projects as well as any change orders or scope changes.
● Deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget as agreed with project stakeholders.
● Define resource requirements, and request and manage assigned resources.
● Manage stakeholder expectations on project delivery.
● Develop project reporting standards and provide regular reporting to stakeholders in an appropriate
frequency and level of detail.
● Support in cost estimation exercises of new projects.
● Identify, assess and escalate project issues and risks with relevant stakeholders, and manage risks by
ensuring timely resolution.
● Manage the documentation of project details, for project closure documentation and reporting.
● Develop and maintain Project Management Processes across all managed projects.
● Develop and maintain quality management standards across all managed projects.
Skills Required:
● Managing medium sized IT Projects remotely
● Experienced in stakeholder management – Management, Customers, Vendors, Technical Experts.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Experience in Business Analysis
