BG TEA BAR
A centrally located tea bar serving certified organic tea and also offering tea tasting sessions, BG TEA BAR was struggling with audience engagement in social media and was also not doing great in terms of In-Store foot traffic.
Since we signed the Bar as a retainer, we first took a month or so to revamp the social pages to give the brand a newer, more refreshing look. Post that we also included games in a regular interval that enticed audience engagements. Then to help with the foot traffic problem, we not only worked with the management to recreate product offering that would have potential to be viral in digital promotions, but also created creatives that really grabbed the attention of the audience.
The result – 150% increase in organic audience engagement, and a 55% reduction in social ad conversion.
